I cant believe it .. I'm such a huge noob .. I got my new power supply from Protovision, I was in such a hurry, I didn't check the voltage selector (it was showing 110v) .. I plugged it in and switched ot on , it worked for 3 seconds and then died. 100 eu down the drain. someone Please tell me this thing has over-voltage protection or a fuse .. Oh god .. |

@Bones: I'm sure it at least has a fuse somewhere! If it's a regular switched power supply (the same kind found in PC's) then you probably have to open it up to find it. Sounds very strange that a european company ships 110v PSU's though! If nothing else I should really blame Protovision in this case... |

I just got an email back from protovision saying that they were sorry for the mix-up, and I should send the PSU back for repairs, at their cost .. What A great bunch of guys .. I've always had great service from them .. |
