* What are your favorite Devices and Gadgets for the C= and why?
* What kind of tools and software would you like to see in 2007?

Personally, I stick pretty much to the RR and RR-Net since they offer a lot of help for cross-developing and transfering PC <-> C64. I still don't own a MMC64 yet unfortunately. Although I'm not sure why I need one. :) I'm also quite curious to get a Prophet64 cart and SID2SID expansion. Not that I would probably use the P64 cart very much, but it seems like a cool piece of software to play around with, especially when using double SIDs.

Nevertheless I'm curious to see what the IDE64 v4 will be like. What posibilities will USB open up? Will there be any support for it at all? I'm also curious on the new Super Snapshot cart, but will it be more than just a RR cart on steroids?

My favorite gadgets:
MMC64 because it makes using files like D64, PRG or SID much more comfortable and because it's funny to play around with FAT file system in your own programs
RR-Net because of cross development and the possibillity to use network games/apps such as Artillery Duel or IRC

My software whiches for 2007:
    MMC64 support in VICE
    more network games :D

MMC64+RR+SS which gives me quite comfortable debugging facilities (chrout + minimal monitor) when writing code for MMC64.

Whenever I have time, IDE3.4+. If I ever finish my C128DIDE project (IDE64 + CF + slimline CD inside C128D) it will get used more often.

Super Snapshot will be interesting, extra RAM might allow MMC64 kernal patch (but if there's no way to map RAM to IO area then the patch needs special ROM).

I love my IDE64. The IDE64 V4 will be even cooler (clock port, USB, etc) but I can already do everything I need with my 3.4, even though it's not as tidy.

Most of my C= wishes are for the VIC20 - would love to see a MMC64-type thing for it, or a mass-storage system like Jim Brain's uIEC. I'd also like a VIC20 multicart, so much so that I'm helping design one

Whenever this thing becomes available, I would say it would be the one for me. http://commodore-gg.hobby.nl/innovatie_1541kaart_eng.htm
