I'm trying to use the "Backup" function of the supplied Retro Replay ROM. However this ROM will only recognize a real drive and not the D64 image that I have assigned to Slot #1. Assigning a D64 image to Slot #1 and then mounting this image does not seem to be the correct approach as the MMC Replay drops to BASIC and subsequently pressing 'Freeze' returns to the MMC Replay file menu and not the Retro Replay ROM. What is the point of "Assign to Slot->Browse->Mount", as opposed to just "Assign to Slot->Browse->Autorun" ? Am I doing something wrong? |

mounting a d64 is very limited, and only works within the mmc replay bios. there is no way to make it work with the retroreplay or other roms, that would atleast require modifying said roms too - and even then would probably give you very limited support again. |
