Well, provided you already registered and logged in you could simply hit RETURN to get a help screen. Basically a C*BASE BBS is divided into 3 sections or menus:
Main Menu - account settings, board settings and general information
Sub Menu - this is the Mail menu on C*BASE where all the "Sub Boards" (mail areas) are located
File Section - this is where all the files are located
You navigate through the BBS with letter commands. Usually you can hit RETURN on an empty line to get help. The exception is the Mail Editor where you hit . (dot) on an empty line to get the Mail Editor Prompt. You can press S to Send your mail or ? or H for Help (depending on the C*BASE version) or just RETURN to get back to the editor.
