I finally wrote an article on the MMC64. This should help some people even though alot of the information can be found on different forums.

Tell me what you think. Any additions or corrections?

I will also be doing one for the Retro Replay, RR-Net, etc...

Some notes:

I think you should mention that SYSTEM64 directory needs to be created from command prompt, otherwise BIOS doesn't find it. All plugins need to have 8.3 names too.

Maximum file size of 202 blocks is for BIOS loader only, in my browser it's 257 block for prg/t64, 251 for d64.

It might be good to tell that there really isn't speed difference between MMC/SD on C64 side. (In fact my MMC card is faster than my SD, but it only affects block read/write response time. C64 is the bottleneck with data transfer.)

I don't think the latest BIOS uses 2 MHz mode anymore.

The plug-in descriptions look a bit messy. Maybe put some blank lines in there to structure it up a bit. Other than that, it's all good to me! Good job!
