I took some time and read through the entire thread from the beginning. Really good and heart warming stuff for an old retrohacker. ❤️

Well, another year has passed and so I will pick up my decade old tradition and resume work on Contiki BBS. Belive it or not: after 11 years there have been been two feature requests: message deletion and that one can set a custom default ACL for new users. Last but not least after login you will now be presented with the name of the last user who called. Also, the page sysop command has been removed as it was never fully functional. I'll keep you updated once the new 0.3.1.2 release is out!

Heh, and then there is Twitter: post about Contiki BBS and all over sudden you get inquiries and change / fix requests at sourceforge. Did a lot of code cleanup, removed 'page' and 'version' commands. Added 'users' command to display userlist, implemented ability to choose custom board numbers, implemented message deletion into 'bbs-setup', fixed board deletion code, added last caller prompt after login, fixed and cleaned up timer code. No board editor yet - sorry! Contiki BBS 0.3.2 - the most feature and fix intense release in all of the past 11 years.
