Yes, most are. At least the ones I call. A good starting point is Schema's BBS.

When in Guruterm, just type bbs.jammingsignal.com and then press the return key. It should connect right away (if you have everything set up correctly.)

For the 64Nic+, or any RR-Net/TFE Network card, to work, you need a Internet broadband connection. Unless you pay for each byte/bit like some AirCard plans, it should be free. You could check with your Internet provider to make sure.
