Well i have http://www.c64web.com up and running it'll go up and down while i change web pages but will be up more than down if its down just wait 5 mins i am just loading or changing something on my web page.

As for compiling it i can now do this but contiki 1.2-devel 1 will not work on my c64 everything works web browser ftp telnet ect ect but the webserver must be broken as its the only element my c64 wont run or my c64 has an problem with the web server program i am running a rrnet on a mmc64 card maybe there is an issus there so i am running contiki v1 and it work great.
